SERENITY BY THE SEA! Here is your sought after beach house in the quiet residential Village Greene neighborhood in the City of Cape May. Facing the interior courtyard, this quad unit has two bedrooms, one full bath (tub and shower combination), one powder room, and accommodates five persons for sleeping. With meticulous maintenance by the owner, ongoing renovations and updates are assured. The cathedral ceiling in the living room creates a bright, airy, and spacious environment. This one-floor unit has a powder room in the master bedroom. The full bath is nicely situated in the hallway. The stackable washer and dryer add to the amenities as do the enclosed outdoor shower. The furnished front porch provides a peaceful setting to relax while the gas grill and common yard area allow for outdoor activities. There is a new large-screen TV in the living room and another TV in the main bedroom. Tenant brings all linens and blankets. Mattresses have zippered cases. With this great location, you can easily walk to the Cape May Harbor and enjoy the marine life, boating, fishing, and dining. With a short bike ride, you can relax on your favorite ocean beach and/or the City's downtown historic district with its acclaimed Washington Street Mall shopping and dining venues. Owner does not supply blankets, but does furnish pillows. Come, park your car, and spend the week in paradise!
