Carol Menz, Broker/Owner of Coastline Realty purchased the office in 2003 along with her husband Duck Menz. It was previously founded by Robert J. Hieronymus and O'Nile Stalnaker in 1974. Carol's daughter Ami Menz received her real estate license in 2004 and obtained her broker's license in 2013. Tai Menz, Carol's eldest, joined the family business and received his real estate license in 2014.
