Blue Willow represents a grand return to traditional Cape May Point cottage-style living with all the features/amenities of today's world. This cottage is strategically located one block from Lake Lily, one block from the Pavilion Circle, and an easy walk to several of the Point's ocean and bay bathing beaches. Designed to focus on a bright, airy, and welcoming vibe, this tastefully decorated cottage offers three bedrooms, one full bath, and sleeping accommodations for six people. For your indoor comfort, this home provides two split system air conditioning units. One unit is situated in the living room while the second is in the dining room/kitchen area. Each bedroom has its own standard fan. Special features/amenities include an enclosed, but ventilated, front porch reading room, a wood log fireplace, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fire pit, a BBQ gas grill, an outdoor table for dining. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Point on the four bikes and one trike, but don't forget to bring your own helmets. For your beach time, this rental provides four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, one beach blanket, a cooler, and a beach wagon. This owner also offers four Cape May Point commercial beach tags for your enjoyment. Beach toys are available from the storage box located next to the entrance steps on the Holly Avenue side of the house. Processing Fee: $65; Cleaning Fee: $150; and Security Deposit: $500.
